About VegaCap
We're a workforce-intelligence platform serving schools placing the next generation, enterprises developing the current one, and skill councils equipping the workforce. Career discovery, exposure analysis, leadership profiling and a coaching layer — under one roof.
Why we built this
Indian students take a personality test, get a coloured graph, and never look at it again. We thought that was a waste. So we built a platform where every assessment ends with a real next step — a trade, a career, a coaching plan, an honest read on your AI exposure.
What we believe
Every product decision we make traces back to one of these four. If something we build doesn't fit one of them, we drop it.
Every assessment ends with a concrete next move — a trade, a career, a development plan. Not just a label.
2,487 NCVET trades. 116 ISCO careers. 12 Indian languages. Designed for the country we live in.
Reports read like a friend explaining your strengths — not a 30-page PhD thesis.
Our AI coach is grounded in your real assessment data — not a generic chatbot serving the same advice to everyone.
The team behind it
