By accessing and using VegaCap's services you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
2. Description of services
VegaCap provides assessment and development services, including:
- Vega Vocational trade matching and Vega Professional career matching
- Vega TradeFit skill tests and Vega Behaviour profiles
- Vega AiShift AI adoption reviews and Vega FutureReady readiness scores
- Reports, dashboards and organisation views built on these
3. User accounts
To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your account credentials confidential
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Notifying us of any unauthorised use
4. Assessment results
Assessment results are provided for informational and developmental purposes. They should not be the sole basis for employment, promotion or other consequential decisions. VegaCap does not guarantee specific outcomes from the use of its assessments.
5. Intellectual property
All content, assessments, reports and materials provided by VegaCap are protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without written permission.
6. Payment terms
Certain services require payment. Payments are processed by our payment partners. Refund terms are set out at the time of purchase.
7. Limitation of liability
VegaCap is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.
8. Modifications
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the services after a change constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
